Irene brings over two decades of experience helping growing companies navigate the human side of scale from hiring and performance to compliance, culture, and change.

She began her career in Sales and Marketing, which gave her a front-row seat to how decisions made at the leadership level actually land with teams. That perspective followed her into Human Resources, where she built and led HR functions for cybersecurity and cloud-based organizations including Kaspersky, Globalscape, and CloudLinux.

Irene’s approach is practical, execution-focused, and grounded in empathy for non-HR leaders. She focuses on identifying where people systems break as companies grow. And fixing them in ways that support both performance and connection. Rather than getting stuck in policies for their own sake, she builds HR functions that help teams move faster, leaders make clearer decisions, and organizations scale without losing their footing.

At Roire, Irene operates as embedded People leadership, helping founders navigate hiring, performance, culture, and risk with clarity and accountability.
